Since then, he has expanded the business to 27 retail locations across the country, supported by four warehouse fulfillment centers. As a tech enthusiast, Ken was an early adopter of the Square Retail point-of-sale system before the brand’s official launch, and with the advent of Shopify, he transformed Royce’ Chocolate’s online presence from royceconfectusa.com to roycechocolate.com. He also has driven the brand’s omnichannel evolution, supporting the integration of social media platforms, third-party delivery apps, search engines and third-party marketplaces to help drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition and overall sales.
Most recently, Ken has helped bring Royce’ Chocolate’s sustainability efforts to life through the establishment of the Royce’ Cacao Farm in Colombia. This strategic move allows the brand to go from “bean to bar,” so it can produce its own cacao beans and drive down production costs while maintaining the exceptional quality that defines Royce’ Chocolate.
