Studs’ piercing experts provide personalized and highly consultative appointments and advise consumers which piercings work best for their ear anatomy. Experts then provide dedicated aftercare guidance and CX support for ear piercing healing. Customers can even enjoy Studs’ earring styling services at the in-studio Earbar™. Studs Earscaping® ensures a fun, stress-free, and expert experience across the company’s 23 Studios nationwide.
As a result of Anna’s leadership, Studs Studios achieved unit-level profitability from the first month and achieved retail store payback in under a year. And once consumers gets pierced at Studs, 40% return for another purchase, and approximately 30% of revenue is driven from repeat customers across retail and ecommerce.
While expanding its retail footprint nationwide, Studs has empowered a passionate, expert and diverse team of piercers, retail employees and customer experience associates. More than 75% of Studs employees are women, and 44% of employees identify as people of color.
