Sarah Simchuk

Senior Associate

MG2

A Senior Associate at the global architecture and design firm MG2, Sarah specializes in retail-focused design and tenant improvements within the architecture and construction field. With a career spanning 11 years, she has a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, even amidst the challenges posed by complex logistical requirements and diverse stakeholder expectations.

Whether it’s opening a single flagship store or rolling out a nationwide network of locations, she approaches each project with the same level of dedication and commitment to excellence, collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors and regulatory authorities, to complete projects. By fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication, she is able to navigate challenges (almost) seamlessly and keep projects on track.

As part of her role, Sarah also provides training and guidance to internal teams, ensuring team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. This often includes conducting workshops, organizing training sessions or providing one-on-one coaching to address specific areas of development.

“In this interconnected field, the person you collaborate with today might just become your supervisor, colleague or client in the future. Therefore, extending kindness, empathy and understanding to both clients and peers lays the groundwork for robust professional growth. These qualities form the cornerstone of enduring relationships, propelling us forward collectively.”
