Payton McFaden

Director, Global Sales Operations

Peloton

Since joining Peloton in 2016, Payton has climbed the ranks with extraordinary speed. As an award-winning manager in Houston, she ran one of the company’s top-performing stores. Now, as Director of Global Sales Operations, she is spearheading Peloton’s expansion into emerging markets.

Payton was the driving force behind Peloton’s new digital workplace, providing employees with communication, collaboration and on-the-job learning tools. She is committed to empowering frontline employees to take pride in their contributions to the brand’s mission and vision.

She also uses shared goals to connect departments and drive cross-functional collaboration. For example, she developed Peloton’s highly effective sales recognition program and the Subject Matter Expert certification program for junior employees, and mentors high-performing sales reps to further champion their progress into leadership roles.

Over the course of her tenure at Peloton, Payton has won various awards, including:

  • The “Think & Act Like an Owner” award, which recognizes the top Peloton store manager;
  • The “Put Members First” award, which goes to the store most connected to its community; and
  • The “G.E.A.R. – Giving Empowerment & Recognition” award.

Tapping into her passion for talent development and mentorship, Taylor has spoken at key events and podcasts such as Together We Lead, Woman in the Workplace and Frontline Fridays with Ron Thurston. She also is active in her community, working on disaster relief with the American Red Cross, the Houston Food Bank and Operation Turkey.
