Nomi Cooper

Senior Designer

Arcadis

As a senior designer in the Arcadis retail group, Nomi is focused on the architectural design and space planning of retail-oriented mixed-use projects in the U.S. and abroad. She also supports the retail stores group on specialty projects.

Nomi combines her perspective and architectural background to propose thoughtful solutions to clients. She is constantly developing her toolset and learning new ways to do things better and more efficiently and is well regarded in the office, always in high demand among project teams for her ability to work flexibly, collaborate effectively and problem solve. Nomi volunteers to positively impact Arcadis’ office culture by contributing to office-sponsored teams for events like AIA Seattle Design Festival and IIDA Project Runway.

Nomi embraces new technologies, including AI and interactive installations, to drive innovation and differentiation. For example, she has identified new ways to use AI and generative tools within her workflows and has shared her knowledge with team members to support design projects. She also developed and maintains a branded interactive video wall in Arcadis’ Seattle Office.

“I love helping clients realize their vision and crafting unique environments for consumers. The fast pace and variety of projects really keeps me engaged!”
