Kelly McDonnell

GM, North America & Global DTC

Grown Alchemist

Over the course of her 18-year career, Kelly has become a digital-first retail pioneer, supporting brands including Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Elmis and now, Grown Alchemist.

In her current role, she has stretched her expertise to lead the biggest region of North America for Grown Alchemist, which represents 40% of global sales. She finds innovative ways to bring retail to customers, and according to her peers is always on the lookout for new ways to break through, connect with consumers and perfect the full retail ecosystem.

Kelly’s approach is always consumer-centric and creates new ways for brands to put products in their hands in more authentic ways. For example, she helped Grown Alchemist become the exclusive on-board amenity partner for Delta Airlines, and helped the brand replace Kiehl’s skincare in Equinox gyms.
