Kate Callahan

Chief Sales Officer

BaubleBar

As Chief Sales Officer at BaubleBar, Kate oversees all retail and brand partnerships, including the brand’s presence in 7,500 points of distribution across 28 countries.

Kate has taken a uniquely entrepreneurial approach to building BaubleBar’s offline distribution strategy, where the brand partners with retailers and designs specialized merchandising programs that excite and engage their guests. This results in an incremental distribution model where every channel complements one another.

For example, Kate drove the creation of SugarFix by BaubleBar, which is sold at all 1,900 Target stores, as well as the Disney x BaubleBar collection, which is sold at all Disney parks and resorts and at retailers like HSN, Amazon and Boxed Lunch, and the NFL x BaubleBar partnership that is sold at Fanatics, Lids and Rally House.

Kate flexes into other parts of the business to help coach, mentor and fix areas where the team gets stuck. Most recently, she launched the BaubleBar Entertainment (2020) and Sports (2021) licensing divisions, which have sparked partnerships with Disney, Pixar, NFL, MLB and NBA on co-branded jewelry and accessories. BaubleBar’s revenue has grown 100% year over year in its licensing divisions as it opened 3,000 new points of distribution.

Kate won NFL licensee of the year and has been awarded new categories from all licensors based on BaubleBar’s performance.
