Jordan Taylor

Creative Director

Landor

As a Creative Director at Landor, Jordan is responsible for developing and overseeing innovative visual concepts that align with a brand’s identity while managing project timelines and budgets and leading a creative team to execute high-quality designs.

To bring innovative ideas to life, Jordan consistently engages with trend research, creates detailed briefs and ensures brand consistency across all visual elements. From the project’s inception, Jordan creates an open and collaborative working dynamic with the client, focused on building a mutually trusted relationship. This fosters client confidence, often leading to braver, more cohesive work across the entire brand experience.

Jordan has led work on flagship stores and experiential strategy for clients that inspire excellence. This includes Foot Locker’s new store concept, “Store of the Future,” and acting as the creative lead for Spake NK, TBC Bank and Douglas.

Jordan also is a member of the Retail Design Institute (RDI) New York Chapter.

“While innovative and visually stunning designs are crucial, understanding the brand’s core values, target audience, and business objectives is equally vital. My advice to emerging leaders is to foster strong communication and collaboration within their teams, listen carefully to client feedback, and remain adaptable to changing project requirements. This balance ensures that their creative vision not only captivates but also drives tangible business results, leading to long-term success and sustainability in the competitive retail landscape.”
