Dennis has been in the Digital Marketing space for more than 12 years, spending most of his career in leadership roles at award-winning Agencies like WPromote, Metric Theory and MediaMonks managing paid search teams and overseeing the ecommerce divisions. In these roles, he served more than 100 retail clients, including Fabletics, Forever 21, Windsor, Hubbel Contacts, KitchenAid, Samsung, Jack Black, Quay and Johnny Was. 

In late 2021, Dennis moved in-house to Zenni Optical where he has built the performance marketing and creative teams from the ground up to take over all management that was previously outsourced to agencies.  He brought all core marketing initiatives in-house, from paid media to social, influencer, affiliate, CRM and creative efforts, growing the team from one person to 37.

Under Dennis’ leadership, Zenni’s in-house team has won several notable awards for their work, including:  “Best Affiliate Program Optimization” at the Performance Marketing Awards; “Best In-House Team” at U.S. Search Awards; and “Best In-house Media Operation” from AdExchanger. He also has spoken at various industry events, such as eTail Connect West, the Digiday Media Buying Summit and Brand Insider Summit.
