Carolyn’s professional journey is a blend of creative innovation and operational expertise. She began her career in the events industry of San Francisco, where she developed a passion for the intricate and creative details that bring events to life. This early experience laid the foundation for her deep appreciation of meticulous planning and execution.

Seeking new challenges, Carolyn moved to Chicago and joined a creative agency, where she immersed herself in a variety of creative initiatives, including event management, brand management, packaging design, product catalog creation and design operation management. Her role also involved conducting comprehensive system and process deep dives to optimize efficiency. Clients included Molson Coors, Hudson Jeans, Cameo and Hennessy.

Carolyn’s career trajectory took a leap when she joined Dyson, a global leader in innovative technology. At Dyson, she oversees project management for new product launches across third-party retail channels and events in the U.S., Mexico, Canada and Latin America. Her responsibilities encompass managing the end-to-end process for each launch, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Carolyn’s expertise spans all Dyson categories, including beauty, floor care, environmental care and wearables. During her two-plus years at Dyson, she has managed more than 40 events and supported the rollout of 20 other new products launched within key territories.
