Carley’s role at Ulta Beauty centers on launching and optimizing associate-delivered omnichannel capabilities, ensuring seamless integration across various touch points. She is always looking to improve the guest experience and ensure stores are running operationally sound.

Carley specializes in leading cross-functional projects that introduce new omnichannel capabilities and enhance existing ones. For example, she drove the launch of Ulta’s Buy Online, Pick up In-Store initiative. This achievement was the result of a highly collaborative effort across various teams, including store teams.
