Brian is recognized as a prolific and credible contributor to the retail ecosystem through his work at Future Commerce and as co-host of the Future Commerce podcast, which serves as a culture magazine for commerce, offering insights and strategies for brand leaders in retail, DTC and ecommerce across 39 countries. Additionally, he educates the ecommerce community through various speaking engagements and presentations.

Brian and Future Commerce advocate for ethical practices in commerce, emphasizing the importance of treating consumers as people rather than purchasers, and promoting privacy and reasonable expectations of not being surveilled.
