Sr. Manager – Communications, Culture & Engagement

Office Depot LLC

Alexandra is the Senior Manager of Communications, Culture and Engagement for Office Depot, LLC. She has 19 years of communications experience across various industries and 13 years in retail.

As the product owner of all internal engagement tools for Office Depot, including the communications portal Viva Engage, weekly video updates, weekly live broadcasts and the coordination of C-level events, Alexandra’s skills span a wide range of areas. Her passion for using communication to build community and create positive change drives her work.

Alexandra also has spearheaded the implementation of key solutions that impact customer experience. For example, she drove the deployment of comprehensive software solutions from Zebra, including the Workforce Optimization suite, to help employees achieve a 97% task execution completion rate in 2022. And during the pandemic, she enabled Office Depot employees to respond swiftly to changing health and safety guidelines using Workcloud Task Management.

When she’s not supporting the Office Depot organization, she is volunteering with Give Kids The World, the National MS Society and The Boys and Girls Club.

“I have implemented initiatives and programs encouraging employees to provide feedback, share their perspectives and contribute to decision-making processes. By creating a safe and inclusive environment, I have helped amplify diverse voices and fostered a culture where everyone feels valued and heard. This accomplishment has enhanced collaboration, increased employee engagement, improved problem-solving, and increased overall organizational effectiveness.”
