Viviana built and executed the first digital marketing strategy for Bang Energy and allied brands. The strategy revolved around creating a growth plan for ecommerce, running profitable paid media campaigns, executing campaigns for lead generation via email, building an SEO and blog strategy, and designing an email marketing plan. This resulted in helping the brand achieve record sales in 2022 and grow its database to 263,000 active profiles. Bang Energy also launched successful brand and sales campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads and Instacart Ads.
In her role, Viviana also drove several critical technology initiatives. She worked collaboratively with senior leadership to research and select an ecommerce platform and led the transition of the brand’s CRM from Salesforce to Klaviyo. With these decisions, she helped Bang Energy launch ecommerce successfully and revamp its email marketing strategy. She also worked closely with the Digital Transformation Team (VP of Technology, Product Owner, Developers, UX Designer, and Business Intelligence) to enhance the web experience. She took the lead in guiding the UX/UI designer, graphics team and content writers to improve the entire website, from navigation to individual landing pages.
