As the Senior Director of Resale-as-a-Service (RaaS) Client Success at thredUP, Tanya works with 40+ brands, including global retailers like H&M, Tommy Hilfiger and J.Crew, to build successful resale programs that not only meet company goals but grow over time. From the sale process to implementation phase and ongoing relationship management, Tanya has grown thredUP’s RaaS program significantly since joining the company in April 2022. Over time, she has leveraged her self-starter attitude to develop thredUP’s client success playbook and still remain agile enough to help clients execute.

Tanya was recognized for taking client feedback to heart and implementing it into her work. With data becoming increasingly more important for brands and retailers, Tanya has been integral in building a new RaaS performance dashboard that provides clients with more granular data and insights. She provides her clients with marketing materials to promote their resale programs and collaborates with teams to help reach their customers through marketing activations and social media. Tanya was described as “the glue” that keeps thredUP’s RaaS program alive.
