During her 4.5 years at Sephora, Nicole (Nicki) has been promoted multiple times, each with increasing responsibility and strategic importance, a testament to her ability to marry her deep expertise with an incredible amount of passion and innovative thinking. She was recognized for her work at Sephora, where she drives communication strategies across all departments and roughly 635 locations.

With Nicki’s direction, Sephora made the most impactful change with its focus on communication and education at all levels of the organization. Nicki’s team now brings all of Sephora stores’ messages and tasks together to create personalized and targeted daily checklists, calendars and email newsletters that are updated in real time through the Zipline platform. Her team has achieved record readership metrics, and through her leadership, Zipline and store communications consistently receive the highest store satisfaction rating of all other store tools, month after month.

In addition, Nicki was responsible for designing and implementing retail strategies from the ground up to launch the Sephora at Kohl’s partnership – innovating and rethinking how information and training are coordinated and delivered between the two organizations at scale.

Prior to joining Sephora, Nicki held roles at various specialty retailers, including Kohl’s, JCPenney and Gymboree.
