How do you explain your profession to people outside of the industry? What do you find most exciting and/or rewarding about this work?

Kyle Brill was nominated for his dedication to the retail industry, but also his dedication to educating and empowering emerging talent within the industry. He oversees and directs the VM team of more than 70 international stores for Club Monaco and has given several student tours and workshops with merchandising students and universities. He was spotlighted for his creative vision, his collaboration and energy.
