How do you explain your profession to people outside of the industry? What do you find most exciting and/or rewarding about this work?

After college, Erin was working for a global development platform that led international humanitarian projects across several industries, but not one in fashion and apparel. She became extremely passionate about building a business solution that would create impact in the fashion industry.

Wearwell advocates for intersectional social justice by partnering with and supporting BIPOC-owned and women-owned brands that meet specific sourcing criteria. The company believes that sustainable fashion should be inclusive of and available to all bodies. Today, Wearwell offers apparel in sizes XS-5X, and the company is committed to continuing to add more sizes and fit options.
