How do you explain your profession to people outside of the industry? What do you find most exciting and/or rewarding about this work?

Chris is a transformational global leader focused on exploring how consumer-facing technologies will help create engaged, loyal customers. He harnesses the power of modern intelligent technologies, challenging the norm in order to create possibilities for an end-to-end, channel-less experience for the consumer across product, marketing, retail and digital.

Chris has held leadership roles at David Yurman, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., MAC Cosmetics, and URBN. Most recently, he helped start BambuMeta, where he worked with brands to bring their first-party data together, identify and incentivize those customers with loyalty programs, and create a new and advanced way to identify them via NFT. Once these consumers are known, brands can then market and speak to them based on that unified identity.
