How do you explain your profession to people outside of the industry? What do you find most exciting and/or rewarding about this work?

Within the 10 years at lululemon, Kesley has made an incredible name for herself. She has been promoted multiple times each with increasing responsibility and strategic importance. Kesley started as a keyholder, moved on to Store Manager before joining corporate as Program Manager for Educator Engagement Technology and was recently promoted to Technology Manager. Her role is critical because lululemon relies on its store teams to drive its vision – to be the experiential brand that ignites a community of people living the sweat life through sweat, growth and connect. Bold, audacious initiatives come with great challenges. Lululemon struggled with unifying their globally dispersed workforce and managed store communications through a variety of homegrown channels, none of which were effective. Kesley met these challenges and led the implementation of key technologies, such as Zipline, across multiple countries. She continues to lead technology projects in education at the retailer.
