How do you explain your profession to people outside of the industry? What do you find most exciting and/or rewarding about this work?
I foster the customer journey by creating synergy throughout our Operations. I work to inspire others through strategic initiatives and innovative process improvements, from our teams to our partnerships, to value the perspective of the customer throughout every step of the journey. What makes this work exciting for me is the joy of being a leader and inspiring others through passion and purpose.
What milestone or accomplishment have you made in your career that you are most proud of?
Representing our company at the NYSE for its IPO. This moment made me so proud since I scaled the U.S. Customer Experience from its launch in mid-2019 and helped create an award-winning and industry leading experience by 2021.
What is one notable achievement (personal or professional) that you've made over the past year?
Securing more than 10 CX industry awards for our company. Some awards included titles like, “Woman of the Year in Customer Service,” “Young Professional of the Year Under 30,” “Executive of the Year,” “Department of the Year,” and “Customer Satisfaction Strategy of the Year.”

I am a former professional figure skater that has toured nearly 200 cities in over 40 countries, with the world renowned Holiday on Ice.
