Kendra Scott

As the VP of Philanthropy at Kendra Scott, Wilde is in charge of strategy, growth and implementation for all of the company’s charitable programs and partnerships, both locally and nationally. She views giving back as the greatest form of success and has led the Kendra Scott family to partner with organizations such as the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Active Minds and The Conscious Kid, with whom they launched the Anti-Racist Children’s Education Book Fund. In 2020, Wilde made it possible for Kendra Scott to partner with more than 8,800 local causes through the Kendra Gives Back program and donate more than 28,000 pieces of jewelry to organizations and individuals in need. Wilde also hosted the first Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Summit at the University of Texas and recently joined the Steering Committee for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas. In addition, she launched a partnership with Feeding America during COVID-19 and donated more than 4 million meals to people in need. Under her leadership, when the company launched its curbside pickup service it was able to donate more than $500,000 to a local hospital’s COVID-19 relief fund.

PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENT OF THE PAST YEAR

We made more than 4,000 homemade masks for frontline workers at the start of the pandemic and launched a “Buy 1, Give a Mask” initiative to those on our frontlines. We turned our Kendra Cares pediatric hospital program virtual so that we could still find ways to surprise and delight hospitalized pediatric patients during the pandemic. We also launched a partnership with Diligent Robotics and a robot named Moxi, who helped hand-deliver jewelry to patients and caregivers, bringing joy during tough times. We also gave back more than $500,000 in honor of Dr. Lindley Dodson and her family’s education fund.
