Ellingson has more than 15 years of experience in design and digital product solutions. At David’s Bridal, she is responsible for the company’s ecommerce, planning and digital products. Prior to her current position she was the Co-founder and Chief Product and Design Officer of Blueprint Registry, a digital registry and website builder focused on creating a personal, omnichannel shopping experience for millennials during special occasions. David’s Bridal acquired Blueprint Registry in 2018, and since then Ellingson created the company’s first loyalty program; the Planning Toolkit, which combines vision boards, checklists and registries online; and virtual dress appointments. Beyond that, Ellingson continues to propel the bridalwear company into the future by integrating 3D/AR technology in partnership with Vertebrae to enhance the digital customer experience.
