Around the office, Bayton is known for her innovation and work ethic in keeping the heritage brand current. Formerly in the visual merchandising department of Ralph Lauren’s wholesale area, Bayton was recently promoted to the company’s Global Brand Image team to focus on special projects in the company’s broader retail efforts. One recent success was Ralph Lauren’s annual #RLWinterWonderland activation at Bloomingdale’s 59th Street flagship in New York. Bayton helped create the “Polar Ice Lounge,” an immersive in-shop experience made with more than 3,000 pounds of ice where customers tried on Ralph Lauren outerwear while they sipped hot apple cider. Since joining the Global Brand Image team, Bayton has expanded her skill set by learning AutoCAD, SketchUp and V-Ray to further her ability to implement her creative vision.
